StarLord

StarLord Music aka DJ Andron in some circles...   ))   Redwood Shores, Redwood City, CA, USA

StarLord’s (aka Andron827) childhood musical career began in the late 1960’s/ early 1970’s; his first instrument was a Thomas spinet organ, with lessons.

This continued for about ten years, when he picked up vocal & guitar training in the mid 1980’s, playing in a high-school glam-rock band. From the late 80's to early 90’s he got into the emerging techno/electronica mod/tracker scene, making chip tunes on the Commodore 64 and Amiga computer, along with meditative tracks on a Korg DW-8000 and other synths of the time.

He worked on backdrop and intro music for several cable and broadcast TV shows, along with producing minimalist new-age, synth electronica for meditation.

It's a mix of live recording along with studio-produced tracks made with computers, 99% of which are instrumental with no lyrics, spanning multiple genres and experimentation.

People say it sounds like anything from retro electronica to Jpop, and some funkier club styles from the past few decades. I like to say the end results vary, though in this subjective reality I'll let the listener have an opinion of what works vs not, and hope your ears enjoy the vibrations.
